摘要: Purpose Several scientific papers and technical reports have discussed the role of green public procurement in food sector. Different strategies for restoration sector been identified. However, there is not yet a common understanding which policies could be most efficient reducing global warming potential service. This paper assesses set policies, ranking them according to their reduce greenhouse gas emissions catering.
