摘要: Abstract The low-temperature processing of transparent electrodes on polymer substrates is an increasingly important issue in lightweight and flexible optoelectronic devices essential since most cannot withstand high temperatures. We analyzed the electrical optical characteristics indium tin oxide (ITO) films according to various crystallization conditions confirmed that crystallized ITO has a rhombohedral structure. ultrathin were at temperature 250 °C, which lower than glass transition polyimide substrates, hybrid electrode with metal mesh was formed. Our had transmittance 77.4% low sheet resistance 6.3 Ω/sq. After 1000 bending cycles radius 6 mm, maintained 6.5 Ω/sq. applied device rather commonly used cubic ITO, as result, it showed excellent properties better bending-stress stability.
