摘要: α-(6-Methoxyl-2-naphthyl)ethanol was carbonylated into methyl ester of α-(6-methoxyl-2-naphthyl)propionic acid (Naproxen) in up to 100% yield and selectivity using PdCl2–CuCl2–PPh3–p-Ts catalyst system without any halogen promoter or other extreme condition.
