摘要: Volgens de richtlijnen van International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) en Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures (SPS-overeenkomst) World Trade Organization (WTO), dienen fytosanitaire maatregelen enkel toegepast te worden indien ze economisch verantwoord zijn. Binnen huidige pest risico analyses is evaluatie economische gevolgen voornamelijk gebaseerd op een kader met kwalitatieve vragen niet expliciete kwantificering ervan. Beschikbare kwantitatieve methodieken ter beoordeling plantenziekterisico's name gevolgen, momenteel nauwelijks bij risico's voor EU, hetgeen rechtvaardiging het toegepaste plantgezondheidsbeleid beperkt.According to (SPS Agreement) phytosanitary should be economically justifiable. The economic impact assessments within a risk analysis are currently based framework with qualitative questions not an explicit quantification costs. Available quantitative methodologies assess plant health risks, in particular impacts, hardly applied assessment risks for restricting justification policies.
