摘要: Abstract Peripheral blood and splenic mononuclear cells from untreated children with Hodgkin's disease were examined for the proportions of T, B, third population cells, T IgM(Tμ) or IgG(Tγ) receptors, locomotion toward chemoattractants, casein- endotoxin-activated serum, effect splenectomy on T-cell subsets cells. In peripheral blood, comparable to those controls, however, spleen contained increased decreased proportion B lymphocytes. Tμ Tγ moderately in resulting an abnormally low ratio μ γ when compared controls. spleen, increased, high ratio. The associated poor locomotor responses both chemoattractants. By contrast, ratios spleens accompanied casein serum same patients. Immediately following splenectomy, response over presplenectomy levels. These results support concept “ecotaxopathy” which might be one contributory factors responsible certain immunodeficiencies observed patients disease.
