摘要: Immune regulation may be defined as a process that determines the magnitude, intensity, duration, and tempo of immune responses after system has been disturbed by an antigen. There are several mechanisms involved in regulation; their discussion is out scope this chapter, interested readers referred to concise review (1). These immunoregulatory T cell subsets either enhance or suppress B differentiation plasma cells proliferation mitogens, antigens, alloantigens (2). In normal hemostasis, there delicate balance between helper suppressor functions. Immunoregulatory identified presence receptors for immunoglobulin isotypes (3–5), antigens with monoclonal antibodies (6). A list these markers shown Table 2.1. More recently it become apparent even so-called helper/inducer (OKT4+, T4+, Leu 3+) suppressor/cytotoxic (OKT8+, T8+, 2+, OKTS+) not functionally homogeneous. The subject functional heterogeneity T4+ T8+ have reviewed (7). I will discuss primarily disorders macrophages various malignancies, including those stems from themselves.
