摘要: This paper presents an empirical study on procedural learning from errors that was conducted within the field of vocational education. It examines whether, and to what extent, can benefit more detection written analysis (experimental condition) than correct elements (control group). The involved 136 commercial employee apprentices who were working a videorecorded, worked-out example professional procedure involving customer counselling. results showed no differences between conditions with regards declarative knowledge acquisition during procedure. Additionally, demonstrated be effective behaviours in terms (1) representing much detailed (2) developing anticipatory about possible avoided. highlighted value inductive instructional strategy (from single general procedure) opened up for future applications similar approach combining roleplaying video education develop communication skills.
