摘要: The hyperfine splitting of muonium in Si and Ge is analyzed on various models the dielectric properties medium. Muonium acts as a deep donor Ge, contrary to some earlier predictions. It possible give reasonable account observed values ${|\ensuremath{\psi}(0)|}^{2}$ terms Reiss-Kaus cavity models, Walter-Cohen $\ensuremath{\epsilon}(q)$ calculated from actual band structures, provided that electron mass taken essentially equal free-electron mass. Identical results are expected for interstitial atomic hydrogen.
