摘要: Asymmetric homogeneous hydrogenation is perhaps one of the most researched areas in catalysis; thus, it now used numerous innovative applications stereoselective syntheses many chiral pharmaceutical and natural products. Metal complexes, derived from transition metals, like Rh, Ru, Ir, so on, ligands (usually mono- or diphosphine ligands), are widely as catalysts asymmetric alkene a result their efficiency preparation enantiopure compounds with excellent atom economy. This chapter provides interesting examples enantio- diastereoselective CC bonds, highlighting utility these methods useful synthetic tools for construction stereogenic centers drug product syntheses.
