Silicon carbonitride ceramic surface-modified nanoporous aluminum alloy by preceramic polysilazane precursor for surface strengthening

摘要: Abstract Preceramic polysilazane precursor is simply coated on the anodized 7003 alloy and pyrolyzed at 400, 500 600 °C, respectively to form a silicon carbonitride ceramic film. The scanning transmission electron microscopic images show that film can be detected surface of anodic aluminum oxide compactly, representing multilayer structure with films SiCN, SiCN (AAO) layer substrate. wear test built-up by stainless steel velvet head reciprocating movement. After wearing in 2.176 km, rate 600 °C about 0.003%, extremely lower than alloy, 0.023%. average hardness indentation modulus elasticity achieve higher 6 GPa 85–90 GPa are twice those alloy.
