摘要: The objective of this study was to demonstrate the capability analyze aerodynamic performance complete low pressure subsystem (LPS) Energy Efficient Engine (EEE). Detailed analyses were performed using three- dimensional Navier-Stokes numerical models employing advanced clustered processor computing platforms. analysis evaluates impact steady interaction effects between components LPS at design and off- operating conditions. Mechanical coupling is provided by adjusting rotational speed common shaft-mounted until a power balance achieved. modeling provides critical knowledge component acro/mechanical interactions that previously unknown designer after hardware testing.
