FDTD optimizations of the bandwidth of the hat feed for MM-wave reflector antennas

摘要: The hat antenna is a low sidelobe reflector for radio link applications in the MM-wave band. In present paper we describe how feed has been analyzed by using computer code V2D Solver based on FDTD method. method resulted big break through possibility of numerically controlling radiation performance feed. particular, bandwidth tuned to return loss better than 20 dB over 10% bandwidth.
