摘要: Increased adenosine deaminase activity was observed in peripheral lymphocytes from a patient with adult T cell leukemia. Gel filtration pattern on Sephadex G-150 revealed that the enzyme normal existed two forms different molecular weights (large and small), whereas solely as small weight form. Comparison of this form controls both enzymes were quite similar relative substrate specificity, Km values for adenosine, pH optima, heat stability pattern, sensitivity to inhibition by coformycin, tight binding inhibitor deaminase. lack large might be significant features leukemia lymphocytes.
