摘要: Abstract We describe the subcloning of plasmids present in Vibrio cholerae 01 strain V58: P factor, large cryptic plasmid (lcp) and small (scp). Strains harbouring fragments sex factor lcp were examined for encoded proteins by Coomassie blue staining analysis Escherichia coli K-12 minicells. The distribution these three a variety species has been using some cloned as DNA probes. Most recent clinical isolates V. found to contain scp. None strains contained lcp. was only detected one isolate addition While appear be generally uncommon among , do not differentiate biovars, presence may useful epidemiological adjunct.
