摘要: In this paper we investigate the surface chemistry, including contaminations, of SnO2 nanowires deposited on Ag-covered Si substrate by vapor phase deposition (VPD), thanks to x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) in combination with thermal desorption (TDS). Air-exposed are slightly non-stoichiometric, and a huge amount C contaminations is observed at their surface. After physical (TPD) process, become almost stoichiometric without any contaminations. This probably related fact that as well residual gases from air, weakly bounded crystalline can be easily removed The obtained results gave us insight interpretation aging effect great importance for potential application development novel chemical nanosensor devices.
