摘要: Magnesium is a microelement that essential for biological functions and particularly cellular metabolism. It has central role in protein, lipid, carbohydrate, nucleic acid synthesis, it important muscular physiology nerve excitability. an the stability of membranes, controls immune phenomena, activates over 300 enzymes. However, mechanism action magnesium salts not been well investigated and, particular, its antimutagenesis properties effects detoxification free radicals need further study. We effect chloride, sulphate, carbonate, oxide on yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae D7 strain, to evaluate their ability protect against genotoxic damage. found induced antimutagenic cells harvested logarithmic phase by decreasing induction hydrogen peroxide.
