摘要: OBJECTIVE: The objective of this systematic review is to determine whether or not proprioceptive training effective in reducing the recurrence ankle sprains among athletes. STUDY DESIGN: Review three English language primary studies published 2004, 2006, and 2007. DATA SOURCES: Prospective randomized, controlled trials comparing a strength conditioning program. OUTCOME MEASURED: incidence recurrent sprain athletes participating versus exercises. RESULTS: All RCT’s included found that experienced significantly lower than control group CONCLUSIONS: results reviewed demonstrate treatment Further research needed regimen necessary for maximum benefit. It will also be helpful if can used prevent injuries.
