摘要: We compared the antimicrobial co-resistance of 3,402 clinical isolates Enterobacteriaceae resistant to third-generation cephalosporins (2,569 ESBL-producing and 833 AmpC overproducing) with that 16,220 susceptible isolates, in order determine impact resistance on likelihood other classes. cephalosporins, independently their mechanism resistance, were significantly more classes antimicrobials than (p <0.001). Percentages ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, tobramycin trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole were: 51%, 39%, 53% respectively. However, among percentages 17%, 7%, 6% 19%, Fosfomycin exhibited excellent vitro activity against urinary (92%), mainly organisms (90%), is a good alternative treatment infections caused by multidrug Enterobacteriaceae. Amikacin imipenem most active all species tested.
