摘要: We investigated the expression of vimentin and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) within Muller cells in normal human retinas detached proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) cases using immunogold method. showed immunoreactivity faint GFAP immunoreactivity; however, they distinct as well immunoreactivity. Immunoelectron microscopic observation revealed that intermediate filaments (IF) those both Double staining for retinas, these two immunoreactivities were observed same filaments. These results indicate IF consist under conditions contain different IF, which GFAP.
