摘要: Detection of Anaplasma platys and Ehrlichia canis in ticks recovered from dogs Japan was attempted using a species-specific nested PCR based on the 16S rRNA gene. A total 1211 all over were examined for A. E. canis. Four tick samples Fukushima, Miyazaki Kagoshima Prefectures four different showed positive reaction platys. Although did not show any clinical signs no blood examination data available, it is possible that has already been spread widely Japan. No reactions observed
