摘要: Abstract Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were successfully synthesized using AgNO3 via an eco-friendly and simple green route Abelmoschus esculentus (L.) pulp extract at room temperature. The phytochemicals present in A. used both as a reducing stabilizing agent for the synthesis of Ag NPs. stabilization NPs with was justified Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. size as-synthesized examined dynamic light scattering confirmed by transmission electron microscopy. crystalline nature had been identified X-ray diffraction. study demonstrated efficacy against Jurkat cells vitro. Our also showed that IC50 dose leads to increase intracellular reactive oxygen species significantly diminished mitochondrial membrane potential, indicating effective involvement apoptosis cell death. exhibited good antimicrobial activity different gram class bacteria.
