摘要: Previous studies have reported that increased heat processing and feeding larger particle size ingredients may increase the bioavailability of phytate P in some feedstuffs. Therefore, one chick experiment was conducted to determine effect various treatments on corn distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS), 2 experiments were DDGS. In addition, precision-fed cecectomized rooster assay evaluate effects heating amino acid digestibility. For experiments, a P-deficient cornstarch-dextrose-soybean meal basal diet containing 0.10% nonphytate supplemented 0.0, 0.05, or from KH(2)PO(4) 1 levels Diets fed 8 22 d age, relative estimated using standard curve slope-ratio methods tibia ash as response variable. Increased DDGS by autoclaving at 124 kPa 121 degrees C for 60 80 min drying oven significantly (from 70 high 91%) several treatments. Amino digestibility, however, greatly reduced most cases, particularly Lys. Relative not affected sizes ranging 542 837 microm. Our results indicated but decreased digestibility acids, Lys, size.
