Crystal structure, phonon characteristic, and intrinsic properties of Sm(Mg 1/2 Sn 1/2 )O 3 double perovskite ceramic

摘要: Sm(Mg1/2Sn1/2)O3(SMS) microwave dielectric ceramic was prepared by the traditional solid state synthesis method. The samples were tested X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrational spectra (Raman scattering and far-infrared reflectance spectroscopy). Sm(Mg1/2Sn1/2)O3 perovskite is monoclinic with space group P21/n proved XRD. Raman modes fitted assigned Lorentz function. To calculate intrinsic properties, seven active using a four-parameter semi-quantitative (FPSQ) model. constant calculated according to FPSQ similar that obtained from molecular polarization Clausius equation. loss has been determined relationship between damping factor spectral center frequency, which slightly larger than value in fitting, indicates A1g(Sm) mode enormous effect on loss. F3u (3) F4u (4) have greatest contribution Finally, real imaginary parts of permittivity analyzed Kramers-Kronig transformation.
