摘要: Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST) and 0.06Nd(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3–0.94Ba x Sr1−x TiO3 (NZT–BST) thin films with x = 0.6, 0.7, 0.75, 0.8 were fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol–gel method. The structures, surface morphology, dielectric, ferroelectric properties, thermal stability of BST NZT–BST investigated as a function NZT Ba content. It was found that introducing into decreased significantly dielectric loss, however, along the tunability. On this basis, increasing Ba/Sr in led to simultaneous increase constant tunability films. As result, optimized tunable properties obtained for 0.06Nd(Zn1/2Ti1/2)O3–0.94Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 film highest FOM value 43.22. awakens us that, reducing certain amount low permittivity oxides or non-ferroelectrics like weak perovskite materials, not paraelectric may obtain more excellent performances.
