摘要: Abstract Niobium-doped barium strontium calcium titanate (BSCTN) ceramics were prepared using a conventional solid-state reaction method. The effects of Nb contents on crystal structure, microstructure, dielectric properties and ferroelectric relaxor behavior the BSCTN investigated. showed dense microstructures with uniform grains doping. It was demonstrated that 5+ entered B-site perovskite ceramic substituted for Ti 4+ , which caused expansion distortion lattice tetragonal ceramic. Doping resulted in more diffused phase transition lower Curie temperature ceramics. diffuseness degree indicator γ increased until addition dopant exceeded 1.5 mol% where maximum 1.98 achieved. Among compositions assayed this work, approximately 1.0–1.5 mol% yielded promising made them alternative sources development environmental friendly lead-free materials.
