摘要: Abstract Nuclear-resonance spectra of phosphatidylcholine (PC) vesicles are broadened by spin-labeled PC. The broadening the N-methyl proton line is proportional to PC concentration; 1 molecule in 100 9.7 Hz at 35°C; not due collisions between vesicles, exchange spin label or fusion vesicles. These findings proof rapid diffusion plane bilayer (lateral diffusion). A further study reveals molecular frequency translation step for lateral be much greater than 3 × 103 sec-1 0°C.
