摘要: Abstract Strain-induced dynamic precipitation of Mg 17 Al 12 phases was observed in large strain hot rolling Mg–8Al alloys sheets. Our results show that phase precipitates recrystallization grains due to severe plastic deformation and the amount secondary particles increases with increasing strain. Two types nanoscale precipitated inside recrystallized were observed. The growth is constricted by pinning effect β phase. mechanical properties rolled sheets are largely influenced increase It shows ultimate tensile strength can be segregated into two different stages, which similar enhancement recrystallization. tendency evolution reveals strain-induced have excellent hardening behavior it considered as a promising way improving alloys.
