摘要: The last decade in human geography has been marked by the emergence and development of significant bodies work on: geographies sexuality; children; youth/young people's geographies. Taken together, this might be characterised as being about intimate relations. In article, I briefly review differential contributions to, place in, discipline these sub-disciplinary areas well identifying ‘family’ studies an absent presence within geography. then go on to explore what bind disparate research argue that developing their connections, through concept intimacy, scaled up have a more fundamental impact
