摘要: We have performed multifrequency electron spin resonance (ESR), electric polarization, and magnetization measurements on single crystals of the triangular-lattice antiferromagnet CuFe1-xGaxO2 (x = 0.000–0.028) in high magnetic fields. compared ESR results with other (electric polarization measurements) to clarify origin expansion a ferroelectric incommensurate (FEIC) phase induced by doping nonmagnetic Ga3+ ions. observed rapid increase linewidth large shift transition field from four-sublattice collinear FEIC accompanied jump spontaneous slight found that is highly correlated this shift.
