摘要: MALDI mass spectra were obtained from cancer cells isolated by laser capture microdissection (LCM) of archived tissue. Frozen human lung tissue adenocarcenoma and squamous cell carcenoma cases cut into 5 to 15 microm thick sections, stained with hematoxylin dehydrated. Cancer LCM, mixed matrix solution, deposited on a target for spectrometric analysis. For comparison LCM cells, sections placed directly the without microdissection. Tissue frozen in optimal cutting temperature (OCT) solution 8 gave best performance direct Between 20 peaks observed region between 1,000 4,000 Da, roughly half these common either or adenocarcenoma. Additional non-LCM may result biomolecules healthy When compared fresh tissue, both produced fewer peaks, possibly due degradation
