摘要: A 54-year-old woman with chronic renal failure presented tumoral calcinosis manifesting as progressive radiculomyelopathy. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a spinal epidural mass in the C-2 to C-4 levels. The clinical and radiological findings suggested malignant tumor. Resection of lesion was performed total laminectomy C-3 laminoplasty. symptoms totally disappeared after surgery. histological diagnosis calcinosis. Tumoral is rare calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate crystal deposition disease which presents periarticular soft tissue calcification. should be considered patients involving upper cervical spine associated metabolic abnormalities. Surgical excision treatment choice, because this completely curative without known recurrence.
