摘要: The use of ICDs in the UK is increasing, but technology still under-utilised compared with other developed countries. Extending current indications to patients prior myocardial infarction and depressed heart function would impact on costs service provision. Further research needed risk stratification whom are most likely be clinically cost-effective. An evaluation shock frequency QoL also required.
