摘要: Background: Several studies have demonstrated that reduced lung function is a significant risk factor for cancer and increased surgical in patients with operable stages of cancer. The aim the study was to perform pulmonary tests investigate which favorable respiratory test overall survival between stages. Methods: Lung were performed non-small cell stage I, II, III IV (241 total). They had last follow-up consecutively December 2006 July 2008. staging decided according sixth edition TNM classification NSCLC. Forced Expiratory Volume 1sec (FEV1), Vital Capacity (FVC) Carbon Monoxide Diffusing (DLCO) measured American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society guidelines. 6 Minute Walking Test (6MWT) Society. Results: There association DLCO upon diagnosis II (P Conclusions: significance each different among 6MWT admission are most valuable prognostic factors
