摘要: This study investigated CD14(+)HLA-DR(-/low) cells in peripheral blood mononuclear (PBMCs) from 64 patients with bladder carcinoma (BC) and 14 healthy controls. Cell phenotypes were determined cells, CD14(+)HLA-DR(+) PBMCs depleted of isolated. Proliferation stimulated interferon-γ (IFN-γ) production after addition at different ratios measured. IFN-γ was also measured L-arginine and/or antitransforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) neutralizing monoclonal antibody, cells. The proportion BC significantly higher than decreased T-cell proliferation a dose-dependent manner. suppressive activity partially reversed by or anti-TGF-β. Enhanced secretion seen level associated gender, tumour size, number tumours, cancer pathological grade clinical stage. may represent subpopulation myeloid-derived suppressor patients.
