摘要: This review focuses on recent advances in the use of hydrogels for chemical and biochemical analysis. Specifically, we discuss recognition elements encapsulated within synthetic hydrogels, polymers grafted with biological molecules that form freestanding gels, gels made naturally occurring polymers, such as proteins or polysaccharides. Gels considered here serve a platform analysis separation systems high degree selectivity. Analysis was achieved primarily by incorporating biologically active into gel matrix. Future developments integrated research are promising due to diversity yet be investigated these versatile analytical platforms.
