摘要: Hypoxia, an important feature of the tumor microenvironment, is responsible for chemo-resistance and metastasis malignant solid tumors. Recent studies indicated that mitochondria undergo morphological transitions as adaptive response to maintain self-stability connectivity under hypoxic conditions. NAD+ may not only provide reducing equivalents biosynthetic reactions in determining energy production, but also functions a signaling molecule mitochondrial dynamics regulation. In this review, we describe upregulated KDAC deacetylase expression cytoplasm cells results from sensing changes control distribution, which survival hypoxia.
