摘要: Abstract Corrosion inhibitor loaded zeolites (inhibitor-loaded ZEO) were prepared and developed for corrosion inhibition of carbon steel in simulated concrete pore solution containing 3.5%NaCl (Cl-SCPS). SEM, EDS, FTIR applied to characterize the inhibitor-loaded ZEO. Elemental analysis (EA) total organic (TOC) methods used analyze loading releasing processes zeolite. OCP, EIS polarization tests carried out. After 336 h, OCP DIA-ZEO was higher than that pure DIA. fitting results show efficiency is about 2% DIA after 336 h. The test are basically consistent with those EIS, which indicates prolong long-term effectiveness Furthermore, reduces amount added by nearly 30% compared This may be due controlled release inhibitors zeolite boosting formation denser protective film on surface steel.
