摘要: Intoxication of rats with thioacetamide (TAA) is a model system to investigate mechanisms involved in liver cell death and tissue reconstitution. Our study was undertaken determine by immunohistochemistry the expression pattern cytoprotective chaperone proteins HSC70 HSP25 proliferation markers cyclin D1 PCNA livers Wistar intraperitoneally injected TAA at single dose 50 mg/kg. For each protein studied we observed distinct dynamic changes appearance localization lobules. During 24–36 h after injection cytoplasmic immunoreaction gradually disappeared from hepatocytes localized around central veins shift immunostaining nuclei took place. Then, 36–48 reappeared highest intensity surrounding areas inflammatory cells. HSP25, undetectable control began appear approximately 36 HSP25-immunopositive cells formed characteristic ring inflammation. Of studied, most rapid reaction for D1. As early as 15 min administration D1-positive appeared intermediate periportal lobules subsequent staining centrilobular place 48 h. There no correlation either PCNA-positive or mitotic observations suggest that TAA-treated can play an anti-inflammatory role, not related hepatocytes.
