摘要: Gene expression profiling studies and conventional approaches for the identification of genes involved in initiation progression ovarian cancer have identified a plethora potential therapeutic targets. This review summarizes targets that show promise specific interference cells, groups them according to their subcellular localization biological processes discusses impact on experimental, pre-clinical clinical therapy.
