摘要: We theoretically study nonradiative and radiative energy transfer between two localized quantum emitters, a donor (initially excited) an acceptor (receiving the excitation). The rates of processes are calculated depending on spatial spectral separation states for different lifetimes typical parameters semiconductor dots. find that lifetime can be significantly modified only due to Forster process at donor–acceptor separations approximately 10 nm (depending lifetime) detuning not larger than 1–2 meV. efficiency under these conditions is close unity decreases rapidly with increase in distance or detuning. At large greater 40 nm, corrections comparable ones but relatively weak.
