摘要: The transient receptor potential melastatin-subfamily member 7 (TRPM7) cation channel is a bifunctional ion with intrinsic kinase activity and ubiquitously expressed in the animal/human body. Accumulated knowledge of TRPM7 suggests that it plays an essential role normal physiological processes, including development, survival, proliferation, differentiation, migration cells. aim this study was to demonstrate presence expression patterns canine mammary glands using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), Western blotting, immunohistochemistry. Normal gland tissue samples were obtained from five female beagle dogs. RT-PCR sequencing amplified PCR products demonstrated mRNA glands, protein confirmed by blotting. Immunohistochemical investigations apical membrane acinar ductal epithelial cells glands. These results provide first evidence distribution could help explain pathological roles gland; however, additional studies are required elucidate these roles.
