摘要: Intrinsic and/or acquired resistance to chemotherapy is the major obstacle overcome in treatment of patients with ovarian carcinoma. The aim present study was investigate prognostic value drug resistance-associated proteins P-glycoprotein (P-gp), multidrug protein 1 (MRP1), canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter (c-MOAT/MRP2), and lung (LRP) Expression P-gp, MRP1, MRP2, LRP determined by immunohistochemistry frozen tissue sections 115 carcinoma related clinicopathological factors, response chemotherapy, progression-free survival.
