摘要: Intrinsic and/or acquired resistance to chemotherapy is the major obstacle overcome in treatment of patients with ovarian carcinoma. The aim present study was investigate prognostic value drug resistance-associated proteins P-glycoprotein (P-gp), multidrug protein 1 (MRP1), canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter (c-MOAT/MRP2), and lung (LRP) Expression P-gp, MRP1, MRP2, LRP determined by immunohistochemistry frozen tissue sections 115 carcinoma related clinicopathological factors, response chemotherapy, progression-free survival. P-gp expression observed 20 (17%), MRP1 51 (44%), MRP2 19 (16%), 85 (74%) tumors. (P<0.0001) (P<0.001) expression, whereas more frequently early stage (P<0.01), lower grade (P<0.05), smaller residual tumor (P<0.05). Early (P<0.001), differentiation (P<0.05) were longer (progression-free) neither first-line 59 evaluable nor survival all patients. On multivariate analysis, only independent factors for In conclusion, carcinoma, associated favorable characteristics. Assessment or does not allow prediction
