摘要: This application provides a handover method, including: determining, by mobility management (MM) network element, to hand over session (SM) for user equipment (UE), and selecting target SM element; triggering, the process of setting up channel where includes plane data between (UP) function entity base station. Therefore, it is possible in which control (CP) separated from UP an MM CP are each other.
