摘要: In this paper we present an ontology for transaction services built upon established corporate knowledge called the Enterprise Ontology. We introduce SmartGov platform ‘Smart’ deployment of online Public Authorities (PAs) whose requirement a model PAs has motivated ontology, and describe our approach to constructing it.
