摘要: Abstract Acute dependence on a single dose of morphine was assessed in Wistar rats by observing the frequencies occurrence several signs withdrawal precipitated naloxone, diprenorphine, Mr2097, Mr1452 and Mr2266. Naloxone significantly urination, paw shakes, head shakes chewing. Diprenorphine urination Mr2097 teeth chattering The selective kappa antagonists Mr2266 only chattering. Signs were mediated stereoselective opioid receptors, as other diastereoisomer, did not precipitate them. Stereospecific receptors also involved induction acute dependence, naloxone /-methadone-treated rats, but d-methadone treated rats. All produced at least some degree "abstinoid" morphine-free which might be caused blockade endogenous opioids acting μ and/or κ receptors. primarily those diprenorphine both likely to selectively latter aspect further supported experiments showing that novel agonist U-50488H withdrawal. A low precipitation absence abstinence related either lack or an existence proportion rat brain. Further using agonists are needed evaluate these findings.
