摘要: It is generally accepted that alcohol and nicotine affect learning ability memory functions, especially in adolescents. In the present study, effects of on cell proliferation apoptosis dentate gyrus young rats were investigated. The results show suppressed by nicotine. Furthermore, increase number terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL)-positive cells. Based presented this it can be suggested alcohol- nicotine-related impairment functions may due to nicotine-induced suppression new formation acceleration apoptosis, during adolescence.
