摘要: Abstract Objectives Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 1 is a severely disabling pain syndrome with no definite established treatment. We have performed systematic literature review and meta-analysis of all randomized controlled trials to assess the benefit bisphosphonates on function in patients 1. Methods A search was Medline, Embase Cochrane databases. Two authors selected independently blinded comparing placebo short-term (J30 J40) medium term (M2–M3), safety CRPS The methodological quality studies analyzed. Data were aggregated using method inverse variance. Results 258 articles identified. Four moderate good comprising 181 (90 bisphosphonate group 91 group) included this meta-analysis. Short-term Visual Analog Scale significantly lower versus (SMD = −2.6, 95%CI [−1.8, −3.4], P  = 0.004) number needed harm 4.6, (95%CI [2.4, 168.0]) but serious side effects. Conclusions Our results suggest that reduce type Other are determine their effectiveness.
