摘要: The direct thermal liquefaction of lignocellulose can provide a biocrude that could be used as precursor for biofuels. However, earlier attempts to use the whole reactor effluent medium, by recycling it reactor, were hampered buildup heavy products. This paper reports on integration reaction and fractionation recover recycle light oil fraction solvent. is based solvent extraction temperature-swing regeneration. Here, we demonstrate steady-state pine wood with high constant liquid yields (90 C %) qualities over several recycles. was done at temperature 320 °C pressure 7–10 MPa. Process simulation confirms significant savings in energy demand incorporating process, compared an alternative liquefaction/distillation scheme. A techno-economic assessment further estimates produced energy-equivalent crude price 54 $/barrel cost 85 $/dry ton
