摘要: Dentine remineralization is important for the treatment of dentine caries and bonding durability resin materials in clinical practice. Early studies were mostly based on classical pathway crystallization, which involves large-scale deposition calcium phosphate crystals collagen achieved a liquid environment containing mineral ions. Results from these unsatisfactory not suitable application because they did simulate ordering hydroxyapatite fibres natural teeth. As type I non-collagenous proteins have advanced, biomimetic has become popular research topic shifted to processes involving intrafibrillar remineralization, more similar tooth formation. The objective this review was summarize current theory progress as it relates remineralization.
