摘要: The spectral structure of the radiation (250–500 nm) emitted during sputtering clean and oxygen-covered polycrystalline vanadium V2O5 by 5 keV Kr+ ions is presented. optical spectra obtained bombarding target consist series sharp lines, which are attributed to neutral ionic excited V. same lines observed in when oxygen present. absolute intensities VI VII measured under similar conditions for all spectra. difference photon yield from oxide targets discussed terms electron-transfer processes between sputtered electronic levels two types surfaces.
